Token functions

MIND token

 

MIND is a utility token that allows users to access the MindMap ecosystem. All operations on the platform are paid with MIND tokens.

 

Users create their profile and map their personal learning paths for free (with size restrictions).

 

There are three tokens that function on the platform:

 

*       MIND – the main token used to pay for all system transactions. It will be distributed during the ICO. MIND tokens can be used for the following:

§  Purchase access to learning paths

§  Send queries to experts

§  Purchase tutoring sessions

§  Purchase advertisements (businesses) with strict advertising standards and have a secure MindMap network for employees.

*       MNDW (MindMap work)

The MNDW (MindMap work) and MNDL (MindMap knowledge level) tokens can only be earned in the MindMap platform and cannot be sold, transferred, or given away to other individuals.

 

MNDW token

 

Every individual who earns MIND tokens on the MindMap platform receives one MNDW (MindMap work) token with each MIND token. Because the MNDW tokens are non-transferable, they verify how many MIND tokens the user has earned. A user can turn in an equal number of MIND and MNDW tokens into the MindMap platform for a guaranteed minimum of $0.50 per MIND token. That provides earning stability.

 

Of the ICO proceeds, 25% will be used to buy back MIND tokens, guaranteeing MIND token earners earn stable income and promoting MIND token value. MindMap users who earn tokens by creating learning path content, curating, answering user questions, and providing tutoring are guaranteed a minimum of $0.50 USD per MIND token earned. Users can submit their earned MIND tokens along with an equal number of MNDW (Mind Map work), verifying earned token status to MindMap for $0.50 USD per token, or they are free to sell them on the market. As the demand for access to MindMap services increases (i.e., through learning paths, question submissions, and tutoring sessions), the demand and value for MIND tokens may increase well above $0.50 per token. Under these circumstances, MindMap users may choose to sell their earned tokens.

 

MNDL token

 

MindMap knowledge level (MNDL) tokens document user accomplishments and create an interactive game-based system where users “level up” on their knowledge to earn increased payouts and platform influence.

 

MNDL tokens can only be earned by completing objectives with satisfactory peer review ratings. As a user’s knowledge levels up—earning more MNDL tokens—they earn more MIND tokens per task completed, and their posted questions are eligible for bonuses. Bonuses are given to the user who provides the answer the questioner accepts, and then it is peer reviewed. Objectives include creating learning paths, adding relevant notes and content to learning paths, peer reviewing content, answering questions, and tutoring (tutoring is optional but helps users level up faster).

 

Users who create learning path content are rewarded proportionally to the content’s number of views and average rating. Users may level up by posting more content that receives high average ratings. The higher their knowledge level (MNDL), the more MIND tokens they earn per view and high rating.

What is an ICO?

An ICO is an Initial Coin Offering. The team behind an idea, project, or service pertaining to the ICO launches its own tokens and sells them to investors. ICOs have a lot in common with IPOs (Initial Public Offerings) as well as crowdfunding (a lot of people get together to finance a project or idea and bring it to completion).

How do I buy Ether?

In order to buy Ether, you must:

  1. Register on a verified and secure exchange, ideally with large trade volumes such as Binance, Kraken, or Bittrex.
  2. Make a deposit of the necessary size in any available currency (e.g., dollar or euro).
  3. Create an Ethereum purchase order using your deposit.

As soon as the order is filled, Ethereum will land in your exchange wallet.

 

However, you cannot invest in the ICO using an exchange wallet. To invest, we recommend you use MyEtherWallet or Mist. It’s important that your Ethereum wallet supports the ERC-20 token standard. Ethereum that you have stored on an exchange must be sent to your MyEtherWallet.

How do I create a wallet on MyEtherWallet?

  1. Go to https://www.myetherwallet.com/.
  2. Click the “Create new wallet” button.
  3. Download your KeyStore / UTC file and save the file to a USB drive.

This is the encrypted version of your private key. You need the password to access it. It is safer than your unencrypted private key, but you must have your password to access it in the future.

  1. Print your paper wallet backup and/or carefully hand-write the private key on a piece of paper.
  2. You now have the option of printing a paper wallet, saving your private key, or saving a QR code of your private key. Back up at least one (offline).
  3. Then click "Next: Save your Address.”
  4. Unlock your wallet that you just created using the KeyStore / UTC file you just downloaded or the private key.
  5. Save your address to a text document and bookmark the link to it on https://etherscan.io/.

You can now send Ether from an exchange to your MyEtherWallet.

How do I acquire MIND tokens?

  1. First, register on our website.
  2. If you have already registered on our website, then you need to visit the backer profile page by following this link.
  3. Next, you must pass a KYC procedure by filling out the required form.
  4. Now you need to copy the Smart Contract address provided on our website and transfer your funds to it. The Smart Contract will then automatically send MIND tokens to your Ethereum wallet based on the amount of MIND you have purchased and the current discount. That will happen within 2–4 hours.

This visual hierarchical organization of your documents lets each document be tagged to as many groups in the hierarchy as needed, eliminating the restrictions of a current computer file folder structure.

*     Connect everyone’s learning paths with notes and examples, forming a global network of organized knowledge linked with experts who can answer questions about it. Then let the learners start earning passive and active income by letting others pay tokens to step through their learning path when they want to learn the same thing or pay tokens for questions and answers or tutoring sessions. The community continuously improves itself by rating the content, Q&A forums, and tutoring sessions. Our machine learning identifies how users learn best and recommends learning paths that best fit their needs.

Step 3

 

*       Corporate/enterprise knowledge organization and employee training plans. The MindMap platform, with its patent-pending learning paths, will be offered to businesses with required security.

§   Lets companies record and organize all their collective knowledge and business practices so they will never be lost. That is particularly helpful when employees change positions or leave the company.

§   Creates custom training learning paths for every position, with the subject matter experts identified and accessible for questions or training.
