Knowledge seeker – a platform user who wants to learn new material and find tutors.

Knowledge holder – a platform user who provides educational material and earns profits from their use and from holding tutor sessions.

Expert – same as a knowledge holder.

Learning Path – an individual’s learning process saved in cloud storage. Includes documents, videos, audios, homework, business projects, and so forth that are uploaded onto the platform. Learning paths range from structured progression through scholastic courses (e.g., textbooks, homework, lecture notes, etc.) to spontaneous exploration of skills or concepts for hobbies or areas of interest (e.g., surfing the Web, watching online videos, etc.). The patent-pending MindMap platform conveniently organizes these learning materials into a visual pathway where the user can add comments, return in the future to refresh their memory, and share on the platform to earn passive income. See the Learning Path Diagram in Section 1 of Key Platform Components for an example.

MindMap Hierarchy Concept Map – a visual organizational structure “tree” in which broad knowledge categories are listed at the top (e.g., math, science, literature, etc.), and subcategories are listed in levels with increasing specificity (e.g., algebra, linear equations, quadratic equations, etc.). It is conceptually similar to the biology taxonomic hierarchy tree that organizes animals into a tree of kingdom, phylum,…species. See the Hierarchy Concept Map Diagrams in Section 1 of Key Platform Components for examples.

The emergence of the cryptocurrency (crypto) market and the development of blockchain technology have allowed many innovative companies to attract funding from various spheres. Recently, many companies have been able to realize innovative solutions in practice based on blockchain and spark a revolution in their respective fields. Security, transparency, decentralization, significantly decreased transaction costs—these are just a few of the benefits blockchain technology can bring to our lives.

The emergence of ICOs (Initial Coin Offerings) has contributed to the development of innovative projects. Even though the explosive growth of the crypto asset market has cooled off and gone through a correction over the last few months, its popularity, as well as the popularity of ICOs, is not fading. Investment volumes, attracted by companies on ICO paths, are growing. During the first quarter of 2018, with the help of ICOs, companies have acquired around $5 billion. *add icon or small image representing ICOs, either their technology or their fundraising mechanisms.

Many companies thus hold an ICO to attract investments. After receiving investor support, they begin to develop innovative solutions, modernize old business models, or create entirely new ones.

It is important to note that even in growing businesses, the integration of blockchain technology allows for the substantial improvement of current solutions and provides clients with the best product. That is precisely the solution that MindMap offers.

There are five goals of this project:

To disrupt the $150 billion tutoring market by creating a global decentralized tutoring platform utilizing cryptocurrency and lowering barriers to entry, similar to how Rideshare disrupted the taxi industry.

To allow users to securely “back up their brain” to the cloud as they learn, preventing loss of knowledge while enabling them to earn passive and active income.

To empower the global community of MindMap users to organize humanity’s knowledge into a visual hierarchy linked to peer-reviewed experts available for tutoring and Q&A. That will make humanity’s knowledge personal and allow knowledge seekers to learn from experts rather than being frustrated with information overload.

To develop cutting edge artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms that will be used to help each user learn more efficiently by matching content and tutors to their learning style. Then the AI algorithms, combined with the platform's learning information, will be used to improve unsupervised machine learning, creating a valuable data set and AI product to be offered commercially and securely through API.

To create business-to-business sales growth through corporate applications. The secure, custom platform saves and organizes workforce knowledge by minimizing employee transition inefficiencies and linking transition learning paths to experts.

The tutoring market is growing. Each year, government expenditures in education increase by tens of millions of dollars. More and more people are seeking professional training to increase their qualifications. However, in most cases, that can be done only in the private tutoring market. Existing tutoring options have shortcomings that hinder learners and create barriers for entry to become a successful tutor

Presently, it is difficult for students to find an appropriate tutor who can satisfy all their requirements and teach them an ideal learning style.

In most cases, tutors receive low pay since it is quite challenging for a beginner tutor to develop clientele. Specialized platforms also impose a high commission for their services.

MindMap’s Mission – To make tutoring services accessible and lower market-entry barriers, as well as provide tutors and experts with the ability to store obtained knowledge and monetize its use.

However, these are not the only things MindMap offers.

We learn throughout our lives, but unused knowledge gets forgotten. Modern digital technology can solve that problem. MindMap will contain everything you know—all your documents, photographs, homework, completed projects, videos, notes, and more. A user conveniently compiles this content while learning to use the MindMap platform. The compiled material is stored in a visual Hierarchy Concept Map. Every time a user learns, their learning materials are conveniently recorded and organized. The organization helps users learn and makes it easy to refresh their memory in the future. MindMap, in effect, creates a digital reserve copy of your knowledge and your learning paths. If a user wants to learn new concepts or hobbies, the system automatically recommends experts’ learning paths with the ideal teaching style and information structure for the user’s personal learning style. Users can either go through an expert’s learning path or contact the expert directly for tutoring or questions. Through MindMap, users can easily find required material or return to a specific learning stage to refresh their memories.

MindMap also offers novel solutions for businesses and universities. As a secure, restricted platform, MindMap clouds are created for individual organizations. That allows all their organizational knowledge and documents to be secured in MindMap. In addition, corporations and universities can capture their employees’ and students’ knowledge, skills, and learning paths. That prevents lost knowledge and simplifies the new employee training process by saving relevant learning paths to specific positions. It also allows employees to spend more time and energy using the knowledge and skills to solve problems and create value.

MindMap – A tutoring and knowledge-sharing platform that offers a complete and unique solution for existing issues through the use of blockchain technology. The MindMap platform will bring the tutoring market to a new level.

Current trend analysis

In 2017, the volume of the global tutoring market was $150 billion. It’s worth noting that the Asian and Pacific regions comprise 58.7% of that volume. Additionally, these regions are demonstrating the fastest CAGR (compound annual growth rate) of 10.2%.

Market research firm Global Industry Analysts presented the following data in its analytical forecast pertaining to the situation in the modern tutorship market:

*       An exponential growth of tutor services is expected. By 2022, the industry will be worth $227 billion. Growth is due to students trying to acquire highly specialized knowledge that will help them on their professional career paths. In order to do so, students frequently hire private tutors.

Educational expenditures make up an ever-increasing percentage of global GDP, and the cost of private tutor services is increasing each year. Among the leaders in educational expenditures are South Korea, Switzerland, Finland, and Great Britain.

Based on this data, we can draw the conclusion that the educational market, together with the private tutor market, is growing with each passing day. Demand for professional specialists is also growing, which increases students’ desire to learn. As a result, the capitalization of the tutoring services market is growing, as well as the sum cost of all its activities. There is thus a need for an innovative platform that can optimize the current situation and fully solve the existing issues of the market.

Market Issues

There are tens of millions of tutors all over the world. Each day, millions of unofficial classes are held in which tutors teach both adults and children. Tutors prepare their students for exams, and private teachers help others master their new knowledge or improve their professional skills.

Online tutoring makes up only 3%–5% of the entire tutor market. In the near future, the segment is expected to grow rapidly, and online tutoring services are anticipated to dominate language learning, student preparation, and so forth. However, the following issues are limiting the growth of online tutoring:

Student issues

Students’ main issue is the challenge of finding an appropriate tutor who satisfies all their requirements.

Most existing courses are held offline, and students are forced to spend several hours per day commuting to their educational institutions. This issue is especially relevant for students who live in cities with heavy traffic.

Existing platforms may be using unreliable rating systems. Negative reviews, for instance, are frequently deleted to raise the attractiveness of the service.

Tutor and expert issues: *add an icon or small image representing each of the 2 points below.

It is difficult for beginning tutors to attract students, even when using existing tutor marketplaces.

If tutors use an existing platform, they receive only a portion of the amount paid by the client. The platform takes the rest of it as a commission.

Another common issue among all market participants—students and tutors—is the loss of knowledge, files, recordings, and materials created by platform participants during the learning process.

These issues limit the development of not only the tutorship market but the educational field as well.

It’s challenging for students to find an appropriate tutor, and for a tutor, it’s difficult to attract clientele.

Solving these issues will improve the quality of education all over the world and significantly increase professional employees’ knowledge and qualifications, thus improving the economic situation of many nations.

How the MindMap platform is set up

MindMap is a global decentralized tutoring market with a wide range of functionality.

The MindMap platform consists of the following key components:

1.      Cloud storage, allowing you to copy your knowledge onto it—“back up your brain” as you learn—and store received knowledge in the form of structured information, creating a learning path.

2.      A system for earning active and passive income for one’s knowledge.

3.      Artificial intelligence that optimizes the learning process by providing customized learning paths in your ideal learning style and matching you with experts who know how to teach you best.

4.      A customized, secure platform for companies that saves and organizes workforce knowledge while minimizing employee transition inefficiencies with transition learning paths linked to the experts.

1.        Information storing system

1.1 MindMap Hierarchy Concept Map

The first component, the MindMap Hierarchy Concept Map, is a system that allows users to store and organize all information (materials, lecture notes, homework, problem sets, videos, and other documents) in a user-friendly, visual, tag-based hierarchy tree. Broad categories are listed at the top (e.g., math, science, literature, etc.), and subcategories are listed with increasing specificity (e.g., algebra, linear equations, quadratic equations, etc.). It is conceptually similar to the biology taxonomic hierarchy tree that organizes animals into kingdoms, phylum,…species.

A knowledge holder can attribute a category tag to any document, video material, or presentation. All materials stored in the system can have an unlimited amount of tags and can be connected to any hierarchical level.

The hierarchy consists of two levels:

*       Personal hierarchy – a fully customizable hierarchy tree of categories that the individual creates with all their cloud-based learning materials and documents tagged to appropriate categories. It lets the user organize their knowledge and keep track of all their learning materials. It also provides a novel organizational system for the rest of the user’s conventional documents and files. A user can create personal hierarchy trees to organize their documents related to business, personal, travel, pictures, and so on. No longer does an individual have to restrict a document to a single folder as current computer file structures require; instead, they tag the document to all the relevant hierarchy categories.

Personal Hierarchy Concept Map example

*          Master hierarchy – a universal organization of all knowledge on the platform and supported by all participants. This master hierarchy tree is the total of all the peer-approved knowledge categories from the user's personal hierarchy that they have decided to share. Each user that contributes content or learning paths to a category has their profile linked to the category. That lets platform users find tutors easily in their specific subject and associates all the platform’s information with subject matter experts. The master hierarchy is kept current with every user's modifications through the platform’s peer review and voting system.

Global Hierarchy Concept Map example

Symbol Guide for Global Hierarchy Concept Map

The result is an organization of the world’s knowledge. Knowledge seekers can easily find and ask questions of associated knowledge holders, submit questions through the software, and learn from the documents that knowledge holders have posted. The platform utilizes a rating system to identify the most helpful knowledge holders and content and maintain quality control. Platform users not only upload their work and knowledge but also tag informative online articles, websites, videos, and podcasts. The result is the world’s knowledge organized into a hierarchy linked to the top-rated subject matter experts and their published documents for easy access and learning.

1.2 MindMap Learning Path

The second component, the MindMap Learning Path, is a visual depiction of the learning materials for a specific concept, along with helpful comments. It allows a user to step back through any time and refresh their memory on anything they have learned. Learning materials are saved in the cloud and can include any type of documents, videos, homework, notes, and so forth.

A user creates a learning path while they learn by activating the MindMap Web or mobile app that conveniently runs in the background, capturing what they read and view. The MindMap Internet browser extension lets users easily add online content to their learning path as well as plan and organize their online knowledge search. It eliminates the need to open dozens of tabs as the user comes across relevant articles during their online knowledge search. The user can add non-digital documents such as completed homework assignments and lecture handouts by taking a picture of them. The system visually organizes them into the user’s learning path. That helps users learn more efficiently by structuring their studies and associating concepts and steps with their role in the big picture. The user has complete freedom to make notes or comments on particularly important or challenging items by tagging specific lines of text, diagrams, or points of time in videos. Upon completing problems, the user can sequentially tag each step, adding a description of how and why it was done for easy future review. All these notes and tagged steps appear on the visual learning path, letting the user better organize what they learn. The process means that all tutoring content is available anytime, so the user can jump back into the learning path and refresh themselves on any topic at any point.

By using the MindMap platform, the user can save their knowledge, “back up their brain” to the cloud, and ensure they will never again forget what they’ve learned.

Example learning path

Each learning path is tagged to its appropriate categories in the user’s personal hierarchy, allowing the user to easily find it and go back through it in the future. To earn additional income, users can pick which of their learning paths are made public and tag them to the appropriate global hierarchy category. That allows any knowledge seeker to find and access the learning path to learn the same concept. The platform's peer review and quality control systems ensure accuracy. Machine learning matches users with learning paths in their ideal learning style. The result benefits all. Learners have a convenient tool to organize their studies while permanently storing their knowledge, and the organized knowledge can generate additional income for the user by letting others learn from it. In turn, the process lets new students learn more efficiently. The platform's AI matches learners with learning paths that best meet their learning style.

1.3 Enterprise Use

_Ъ_°_А_В________ ____ ___°___А___Б_Г _±_______µ_Б

The MindMap system for storing information can be used by corporations, universities, and other organizations for permanently capturing and organizing workforce knowledge and creating learning paths based on the best employee and business practices. Thanks to the platform, materials from various organizations will not be lost. All information is organized and protected in the system.

The platform’s functionality simplifies the process of training new employees. Corporations will be able to create separate learning paths for each position, which will allow them to significantly reduce expenses and time spent on preparing employees and boosting qualifications.

2.    System for receiving active and passive income

The MindMap platform allows any participant to receive active or passive income.

2.1 Passive Income

Learning paths you choose to make public can be accessed by platform users for either a set fee or through a paid monthly membership. You earn these fees and the percentage of monthly membership dues proportionate to the views and ratings of your learning paths. This is passive income you can receive on a daily basis.

2.2 Active Income

Additionally, you can hold private lessons with knowledge seekers, for which they pay a specific price. You can also respond to user questions posted on Q&A forums tagged to relevant knowledge categories. This is active income you receive for providing lessons and consultations or answering questions.

The rating system designates leading specialists in each category. The higher your rating, the more users will turn to you. Therefore, your income will grow as your rating increases.

3.    Use of artificial intelligence

Data stored on the platform will be used to train artificial intelligence. The goal of this training is to help it learn how to teach using methodologies of the platform’s best experts.

In order to achieve this goal, the platform will use a machine learning algorithm, and user surveys will be conducted periodically. At the same time, user ratings allow the most effective teaching and data structuring methods to be discovered, which will help develop the AI system.

MindMap will use the following types of machine learning:

*       Inductive learning – learning based on precedents and the identification of imperial regularities in data.

*       Deductive learning – learning that assumes the formalization of expert knowledge and the transfer of that knowledge to a computer’s knowledge database.

As a result, an artificial neural network will soon function on the platform, the goal being to educate while emulating the best experts. It does not replace the experts; instead, it eliminates the time-consuming task of teaching tedious concepts, freeing the experts to focus on teaching areas in which they are most interested. Even now, many projects utilize various bot consultants that are capable of answering user questions. MindMap, on the other hand, goes a step further by developing advanced AI with the resources of the platforms organized and peer-reviewed knowledge at hand, thus offering users a cardinally different solution in the education services field.

Aside from this, the platform’s AI is used to better match students with tutors, providing knowledge seekers with the most fitting tutors who have a similarly structured learning path.

4.   User possibilities

The product that MindMap offers solves the issues of existing tutoring service market participants and opens up new possibilities:

1.      Users can upload materials, documents, homework, completed projects, business practices, and so on.

2.      Users can organize all their content and knowledge using the platform’s personal and global hierarchy concept maps. That results in a visual organization that aids in retention, discovering new content, and finding expert tutors.

3.      Users can specify if documents are to be private, free, or made available for a fee or monthly subscription.

4.      Users create personal learning paths by tagging uploaded materials or online content as they learn.

5.      Users can annotate their documents or learning paths to help understand complicated concepts, make future studying or review more efficient, and allow others with similar learning styles to learn from the content.

6.      Users’ uploaded materials and personal learning paths generate passive income when others pay to access and learn from it.

7.      The platform automatically connects every user to the precise knowledge categories in which they have expertise, allowing knowledge seekers to pay for instruction. That lowers the barriers of entry to becoming a tutor by letting all users earn from their specialized knowledge. It allows users to earn active income by holding tutoring sessions and responding to posted questions in their area of expertise.

5.    Platform social aspect

*       Platform users can find others in their same class, using the same textbook, or studying the same concepts.

*       MindMap includes a social communication platform, letting users engage in conversations or simply work on homework together.

*       Similarly, business users can find peers and form networks to collaborate and have a more enjoyable work experience and learn more quickly.

*       MindMap allows for the creation of study groups in which participants can save links or useful and informative learning paths.

Competitor analysis

MindMap, which offers a multifunctional decentralized platform, has almost no competitors.

However, there are two areas in which there are competitors:

1.         Cloud storage platforms

2.         Online tutoring platforms

Today, there are many cloud storage platforms where data are stored; however, they all use a vertically linear file organization system. Many of them also allow for the addition of tags, but the functionality of these platforms does not allow for the creation of an additional organizational structure.

Among competitors within the tutor services market, none of them offer the broad functionality of MindMap. We will evaluate two tutor platforms that have held ICOs: Tutor Ninja and LiveEdu.

Compared to these platforms, MindMap offers the following:

*       A unique method for digitizing knowledge in which users can receive not only active income for tutor sessions but also passive income by providing their own material.

*       The use of artificial intelligence for optimizing the learning process and the creation of a cyber-tutor are revolutionary solutions without any market analogs.

*       Secure storage of workforce knowledge, business practices, customer data, and so on for corporations allows companies to organize and retain employee knowledge and simplify the process of training new employees.

Advantages of MindMap over competitors

Based on the above information, the following platform advantages exist:

1.         When MindMap users tag their content, the patent-pending platform creates a visual hierarchy concept map. Any document can be tied to any hierarchical level and have an unlimited number of tags. This is one of the key advantages of the MindMap organizational structure over existing technologies.

2.         Because the hierarchy is tag-based and any item can have as many tags as desired, items are no longer restricted to a single hierarchical level like they are in current file folder systems.

3.         This knowledge system focuses on creating value for content creators, letting them earn income from their posted content and learning paths as well as engaging in online tutoring through the platform.

4.         A user can record their learning path across all types of platforms or media, including Internet Web pages with the desired text highlighted, documents viewed from the knowledge system, YouTube videos with the ability to tag specific periods in time, or e-textbooks with particular pages and text highlighted. Users can add annotations using audio, video, or text at any point along the learning pathway or on any of the documents or pages.

5.         Training of an artificial intelligence system for the creation of a cyber-tutor.

The token concept

How to earn tokens on the platform

One of the most exciting and disruptive aspects of our system is the many opportunities people have to earn tokens. *Add an icon or small image representing each of the points below.

Direct Payments

Users select which learning paths, notes, homework, and so forth they want to use. They then pay tokens to step through those learning paths and review the notes, homework, and so on.

Knowledge holders with verified education and a successful history with the knowledge-sharing platform can become knowledge curators who review the accuracy of posted content, answers to questions, learning paths, and more. They receive tokens for the work.

Question and answer forums are organized by subject and textbook. Knowledge holders provide answers that are rated by both learners and knowledge curators. The highest rated answers receive tokens.

Any knowledge holder can offer a tutoring sessions on the full online tutoring platform. Their knowledge paths, area of expertise, learning style compatibility, and tutoring ratings are consolidated to help learners find the best tutor.

Multiple monthly subscription packages are offered with a range of access levels up to unlimited access within these three main subscription categories: *Add an icon or small image representing each of the points below.

*       Access to all learning paths on the platform

*       Posting questions to the Q&A boards

*       Help with homework

Platform commissions make up 10% of all transactions that occur on the platform.

Token functions

MIND token

MIND is a utility token that allows users to access the MindMap ecosystem. All operations on the platform are paid with MIND tokens.

Users create their profile and map their personal learning paths for free (with size restrictions).

There are three tokens that function on the platform:

*       MIND – the main token used to pay for all system transactions. It will be distributed during the ICO. MIND tokens can be used for the following:

§  Purchase access to learning paths

§  Send queries to experts

§  Purchase tutoring sessions

§  Purchase advertisements (businesses) with strict advertising standards and have a secure MindMap network for employees.

*       MNDW (MindMap work)

*       MNDL (MindMap knowledge level)

The MNDW (MindMap work) and MNDL (MindMap knowledge level) tokens can only be earned in the MindMap platform and cannot be sold, transferred, or given away to other individuals.

MNDW token

Every individual who earns MIND tokens on the MindMap platform receives one MNDW (MindMap work) token with each MIND token. Because the MNDW tokens are non-transferable, they verify how many MIND tokens the user has earned. A user can turn in an equal number of MIND and MNDW tokens into the MindMap platform for a guaranteed minimum of $0.50 per MIND token. That provides earning stability.

Of the ICO proceeds, 25% will be used to buy back MIND tokens, guaranteeing MIND token earners earn stable income and promoting MIND token value. MindMap users who earn tokens by creating learning path content, curating, answering user questions, and providing tutoring are guaranteed a minimum of $0.50 USD per MIND token earned. Users can submit their earned MIND tokens along with an equal number of MNDW (Mind Map work), verifying earned token status to MindMap for $0.50 USD per token, or they are free to sell them on the market. As the demand for access to MindMap services increases (i.e., through learning paths, question submissions, and tutoring sessions), the demand and value for MIND tokens may increase well above $0.50 per token. Under these circumstances, MindMap users may choose to sell their earned tokens.

MNDL token

MindMap knowledge level (MNDL) tokens document user accomplishments and create an interactive game-based system where users “level up” on their knowledge to earn increased payouts and platform influence.

MNDL tokens can only be earned by completing objectives with satisfactory peer review ratings. As a user’s knowledge levels up—earning more MNDL tokens—they earn more MIND tokens per task completed, and their posted questions are eligible for bonuses. Bonuses are given to the user who provides the answer the questioner accepts, and then it is peer reviewed. Objectives include creating learning paths, adding relevant notes and content to learning paths, peer reviewing content, answering questions, and tutoring (tutoring is optional but helps users level up faster).

Users who create learning path content are rewarded proportionally to the content’s number of views and average rating. Users may level up by posting more content that receives high average ratings. The higher their knowledge level (MNDL), the more MIND tokens they earn per view and high rating.

MIND token issuance and distribution

*       140 million MIND tokens will be created.

*       Tokens will be purchasable during the pre-ICO and ICO. A portion is allotted for airdrops for each new user who creates a profile, as well as to compensate employees and advisers.

Distribution of ICO funds

*     There will be a $20 million hard cap.

*     Funds acquired during the ICO will be used as shown in the graphic below.

ICO prices

*          The pre-ICO token price will range between $.25 and $.30, depending on the quantity purchased and the time.

*          The ICO token price will range between $.35 and $.40, depending on the quantity purchased and the time.

What is an ICO?

An ICO is an Initial Coin Offering. The team behind an idea, project, or service pertaining to the ICO launches its own tokens and sells them to investors. ICOs have a lot in common with IPOs (Initial Public Offerings) as well as crowdfunding (a lot of people get together to finance a project or idea and bring it to completion).

How do I buy Ether?

In order to buy Ether, you must:

  1. Register on a verified and secure exchange, ideally with large trade volumes such as Binance, Kraken, or Bittrex.
  2. Make a deposit of the necessary size in any available currency (e.g., dollar or euro).
  3. Create an Ethereum purchase order using your deposit.

As soon as the order is filled, Ethereum will land in your exchange wallet.

However, you cannot invest in the ICO using an exchange wallet. To invest, we recommend you use MyEtherWallet or Mist. It’s important that your Ethereum wallet supports the ERC-20 token standard. Ethereum that you have stored on an exchange must be sent to your MyEtherWallet.

How do I create a wallet on MyEtherWallet?

  1. Go to https://www.myetherwallet.com/.
  2. Click the “Create new wallet” button.
  3. Download your KeyStore / UTC file and save the file to a USB drive.

This is the encrypted version of your private key. You need the password to access it. It is safer than your unencrypted private key, but you must have your password to access it in the future.

  1. Print your paper wallet backup and/or carefully hand-write the private key on a piece of paper.
  2. You now have the option of printing a paper wallet, saving your private key, or saving a QR code of your private key. Back up at least one (offline).
  3. Then click "Next: Save your Address.”
  4. Unlock your wallet that you just created using the KeyStore / UTC file you just downloaded or the private key.
  5. Save your address to a text document and bookmark the link to it on https://etherscan.io/.

You can now send Ether from an exchange to your MyEtherWallet.

How do I acquire MIND tokens?

  1. First, register on our website.
  2. If you have already registered on our website, then you need to visit the backer profile page by following this link.
  3. Next, you must pass a KYC procedure by filling out the required form.
  4. Now you need to copy the Smart Contract address provided on our website and transfer your funds to it. The Smart Contract will then automatically send MIND tokens to your Ethereum wallet based on the amount of MIND you have purchased and the current discount. That will happen within 2–4 hours.

Reminder: We recommend using either MyEtherWallet or Mist.

Step 1

*     Launch of the learning path beta platform, allowing users to “back up their brain” to the cloud as they learn.

*     Launch the user content hierarchy beta platform letting users organize all their digital documents (pictures, videos, homework, etc.) into our patent-pending visual hierarchy. All documents are now accessible on the cloud and taggable to any step or concept on a user’s learning path. This visual hierarchical organization of your documents lets each document be tagged to as many groups in the hierarchy as needed, eliminating the restrictions of a current computer file folder structure.

Step 2

*     Connect everyone’s learning paths with notes and examples, forming a global network of organized knowledge linked with experts who can answer questions about it. Then let the learners start earning passive and active income by letting others pay tokens to step through their learning path when they want to learn the same thing or pay tokens for questions and answers or tutoring sessions. The community continuously improves itself by rating the content, Q&A forums, and tutoring sessions. Our machine learning identifies how users learn best and recommends learning paths that best fit their needs.

Step 3

*       Corporate/enterprise knowledge organization and employee training plans. The MindMap platform, with its patent-pending learning paths, will be offered to businesses with required security.

§   Lets companies record and organize all their collective knowledge and business practices so they will never be lost. That is particularly helpful when employees change positions or leave the company.

§   Creates custom training learning paths for every position, with the subject matter experts identified and accessible for questions or training.

Step 4

*       Implement machine learning to let computers learn how we learn. That will be the “holy grail” of unstructured machine learning. Don’t worry, we will include a kill switch.
